Dr. Rachel Doan is looking for an associate dentist or partner to take over case load at her dental practices. You will get a super supportive team that is eager to build a relationship with their new dentist.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

to help make your move across the state or across the country easier.

Up to 40% Commission

of collections with full clinical autonomy.

Performance Bonus

Earn a percentage of profit monthly.

Facilities & Equipment

We will provide up to $10,000 in new equipment, maintenance and facility improvement every year.

Mentorship/Vendor Relations

Among our many excellent vendors, we are also an affiliated member of the practice’s Cancer Research Fund at The James, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Administrative Support

The clinical and administrative team members have regular trainings and reviews to better the practice and patient care experience.

Clinical Education

Up to $4,000 in CE courses, including travel expenses.

Advanced Technology

Digital x-rays, cloud-based software, TVs, and 10x zoom cameras and operatories. You can select the endo system of your choice.
