$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

to help make your move across the state or across the country easier.

Up to 35% Commission

of collections with full clinical autonomy.

10+% Performance Bonus

Earn a percentage of profit monthly.

We will provide up to $10,000 in new equipment, maintenance and facility improvement every year.

$24,000 minimum budget. Personalized and specific to your clinical treatment preferences.

Mentorship/Vendor Relations

Among our many excellent vendors, we are also an affiliated member of the practice’s Cancer Research Fund at The James, The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Administrative Support

The clinical and administrative team members have regular trainings and reviews to better the practice and patient care experience.

Clinical Education

Up to $4,000 in CE courses, including travel expenses.

Advanced Technology

Digital x-rays, KaVo Kerr Electric and Air-driven hand pieces, cloud based software, TV and 10x zoom in all operatories, iTero digital scanner, 3D cone beam, and rotary endo system of your choice.
